Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 17, 2026

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Used or damaged items
• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
